2 years!
-35 lbs (97th percentile)
-39 inches (>97th percentile)
-Size 5 diapers
-Size 3T clothes
-Size 8 shoes
His vocabulary has grown so much in the past couple of months. He is starting to talk in sentences; he repeats a lot of what we say. If we don't understand what he is trying to tell us, he will try to come up with a way to show us or say it in a different way.
He is definitely stubborn! If he does not get his way, he will throw a fit or throw something at you! We are working on this but I'm not sure it is going to get any better anytime soon!
He goes to school 2 full days a week and really enjoys it! He likes being able to go "night night" at school. (He was originally in 3 half days.)
He is officially sleeping in his toddler bed. The first night he opened the door a couple of times and we told him to go back and lay down. Since then, he hasn't even gotten out of the bed at night or when he wakes up. He just sits and plays and waits for us to come and get him.
He is all boy. He loves being outside, sports (every kind--playing and watching!), throwing dirt, and trucks/cars.
He is shy when he first meets you, but once he warms up to, watch out!! He will talk your ear off and want to be with you all the time!!
He absolutely loves his brother. He loves to hold him and give him hugs and kisses!
It is amazing to me how fast Brooks is turning into a little kid. He has grown and changed so much in the past 6 months!! I want time to SLOW DOWN!!!

Halloween (and fall events!)
It is pretty much impossible to get Brooks to look at the camera and smile!

Brooks loved trick-or-treating! In typical Brooks fashion, it took him a couple of minutes to warm up, but once he got the hang of it, he was good to go! In our neighborhood, everyone sits in chairs at the end of their driveways with bowls of candy. Brooks would either say "Treat" (his version of trick-or-treat), comment on people's outfits or yards decorations, or just grab candy out of the bowl. He surprised me and walked a good portion of our neighborhood and was very excited about holding his pumpkin! Connor was awesome, as always, and slept the entire time!

We went to the Gymboree Pumpkin Patch Party the weekend before Halloween. Brooks had so much fun running around and playing in his costume. I could not get him to sit still for a decent picture! Connor chilled in his car seat watching everyone play in their costumes.

This was from a cute little pumpkin patch near our house. Brooks was obsessed with the cow train. I think he rode it about 5 times in a row and often was the only one on the train. Once he figured out the bounce house (sadly, he hasn't really been in many), he loved it! I had a hard time getting him to leave!! And Connor just hung out in the stroller and smiled the entire time!!
Quick intermission from pumpkin patches to look at this cutie!

This corn maze had a ton of stuff to do! Brooks loves tractors so he was in heaven when he got to "drive" one. I think he pushed every button and pulled every lever there was.

People say that the holidays are more fun when you have children and I couldn't agree more. We definitely took advantage of all the fall activities around here (even if it did not feel like fall with the hot temperatures!) I think Brooks really enjoyed everything and I can't wait for Connor to participate next year!!

3 Months!
-About 15 lbs
-Size 3-6 month clothes
-Size 2 diapers
-Eats every 2-3 hours during the day
-Sleeps 7-9 hours at night in his crib
This little man is very easy going and laid-back. He just goes with the flow and doesn't mind being toted all over the place while we go places for his brother. He'll nap or hang out in his car seat. It is truly amazing.
He is getting more alert every day and laughs, smiles, and coos all the time!
He LOVES his brother; he will just smile and stare at him. It is the cutest thing!! Brooks still loves him too!
This kid is all smiles!!
